GUEST INTERVIEW: NARS BEAUTY PR, DAFNA ROSS

This week we met up with Dafna Ross, Nars Communications and Make Up Artistry Manager (who also happens to be Alona's sister). Not being biased of course, but NARS being one of our favourite beauty brands, we though we would ask Dafna to share with us her insider knowledge on what are the hottest beauty and style tips. What do you love the most about your job?

Being in beauty PR, I always love the excitement of having a first look at the next season’s new products for the brand. Seeing brand new formulas and shades for the first time never gets dull. I love the beauty industry as a whole and working in beauty gives me the opportunity to meet with so many brilliant beauty editors.

What are the most iconic products from Nars that every woman needs in their makeup bag?

Definitely the NARS Orgasm Blush and Laguna Bronzer – 2 products that look great on everyone and make you look instantly alive!

I imagine you are always jetting off to events, how do you change your office look to an evening look?

Whenever I go to a work related event straight after work I always turn to a classic red lipstick. I know it may seem like an obvious choice, but it instantly changes your look to something more chic.

Every woman has something they can’t live without, what are your most precious beauty/fashion items that you can’t live without?

 In terms of makeup – I can’t live without my blush! I don’t feel myself without a pop of colour on my cheeks. For fashion I always need to have my Adriana Ring in Rose Gold. It is the perfect everyday accessory with every look. I can’t live without it!
