Whether you're visiting London for the weekend, or a local who is stuck for ideas, we have created the perfect London weekend itinerary of with some of our favourite places... Enjoy!

So you're done with work and time to relax and unwind with a few drinks;

We recommend starting out at the American Bar at the Beaumont Hotel. Situated in Mayfair, (close to Bond Street station), this hidden hotel has a wonderful 1920's art deco design. We especially love the American Bar. It has an old school smart yet cosy feel, and good lighting! Great for drinks and snacks straight from the office.

We then recommend you move your party on only a street away for dinner at NAC ( North Audley Cantine) on North Audley Street. This restaurant is owned by three young French guys and they serve light tapas-size dishes are largely French but take inspiration from other cultures too. It has a buzzy atmosphere, a good selection of wines and cocktails, and a delicious truffle mac and cheese dish!

If you fancy snacks rather than dinner, their new bar downstairs 'Chez Chow' has an Asian bar menu, cosy decor and great music.

Start your day with a Bloody Mary and some brunch at Granger and Co on Sekforde Street. This place is especially good for eggs and hotcakes! There is one in Notting Hill too but we would expect this one to have less queues.

Once you appetite is sedated, not too far, on Euston Road, open your mind with a visit to the Wellcome Collection gallery especially for their current show - 'The Institute of Sexology'.

'The Institute of Sexology' is a candid exploration of the most publicly discussed of private acts. Undress your mind to investigate human sexuality at 'The Institute'. Featuring over 200 objects spanning art, rare archival material, erotica, film and photography, this is the first UK exhibition to bring together the pioneers of the study of sex.

For dinner head over to Soho to The Palomar. Every dish here is full of Mediterranean flavour and is delicious!  - the best seats are actually at the bar as you can see the chefs preparing your meals before your eyes. You can't reserve those seats which makes it better for those that haven't planned ahead.

Saturday nights must end in a daze, therefore head round the corner from the Palomar to La Bodega Negra for drinks, which is a Mexican hideaway underneath a sex shop, the Tommy margaritas there are the best...

Work off the weekends calories and sweat out that alcohol at The Lomax in Chelsea -  we recommend Lomax Blast class, one of the best calorie burning workouts in London, the signature Blast Class is a 60 minute Metabolic Conditioning workout with a few twists!

After you can have lunch where you wont ruin your work out! Serving up juices, smoothies, soups, salads, and more, Chelsea's Good Life Eatery aims to make you happy and healthy in equal measure, including vegetarians and vegans!

You can then spend your afternoon at The Tate Britian and see the highly anticipated McQueen exhibition!

And if we haven't tired you out yet go and see Dior and I which has just come out in the cinema. Dior and I brings the viewer inside the storied world of the Christian Dior fashion house with a privileged, behind-the-scenes look at the creation of Raf Simons' first haute couture collection as its new artistic director-a true labor of love created by a dedicated group of collaborators.

 Showing at: National Film Theatre :The South Bank Centre and the Curzon Mayfair: 38 Curzon Street

 Aaaand goodnight! Till next time
